Abdul Halim asked:

How to select your online shop for cell phone shopping?

Now it’s an Internet era. No need to explain necessity of Internet for our daily life. Before we were dependent on Radio, TV or Newspaper ad to gather information for any new product. Now the time is changed. To know any information or news about any new product it’s not necessary to wait for watching TV or read a newspaper. We can find newly unveiled any product’s news or any other Information from Internet. It’s easy, comfortable, faster and cost saver than any other mass media.

Now all World famous top brand Company unveils news of their new product first on Internet. So to keep update yourself with any special brand’s new product it’s necessary to keep eyes on Internet.

Advertising in Radio, Television and Newspaper is very expensive. It’s much cheaper to advertise any product on Internet than any other advertising media .So all kinds of big, medium and small company are coming to advertising their product on Internet to save their money.

On the other hand an online shop owner is spending less money to sell his products because it’s not necessary to take a rental shop in gorgeous shopping complex. He does not need many staffs to sell it on Internet. So operating an internet shop it’s less expensive than any other process.

So retailer and wholesaler both merchants are saving money from Internet selling. So very often they can arrange various promotional offers for customer to increase their sell without regular selling.

All consumers want to save their money during shopping period. Only Internet shopping can help them to save money from shopping. So it’s also wise decision for consumer to buy anything from online shop. It will save their money and time both.

Now the question is how to select the best online shop? Yes it’s an important question about selection of a best online shop. To select your online shop consider the following things:

1. How old the shop is?

2. How popular or well known?

3. How trusted?

4. What about return policy?

5. How about shipping strategy?

6. Delivery time?

7. How big the shop is?

If you consider the above mentioned things before make your order for any product to any online shop then it’s confirm that you are going to select a best online shop and you are not going to face any unexpected incident which can happen any time.

According my opinion by considering the above 7 points the best online shop is Amazon.com. I always buy from the shop. This shop was opened in 1996 and its popularity is increasing gradually. It is the most oldest and trusted online shop in Internet history. It has good previous record and reputation too.

Those of you are thinking about purchasing from online shop, I will suggest them go to Amazon to select your cell phone. The major exciting thing of this site is; from one place you can select your manufacturer, model, price and carrier

To know more about cell phone you may visit author’s site

http://cellphonecentre.blogspot.com/2008/08/phone-picture_6904.html

VITO

nadia cherubin asked:

Fashion and Style:

It’s a known fact that when women go shopping, it is the happiest time of the moment for them and some women go shopping to get over stress or to satisfy their addiction to spend a lot of money on designer labels and the latest fashion and trends.

To all the ladies that’s out there who loves to shop. Remember: you can always go shopping on a tight budget.

Okay, lets just say that you have $150.00 to shop and you want to wear all of the designer labels that’s out there.

Know that: you could always go to the department stores such as TJ MAXX, Burligton coat factory, etc. where all the prices are marked down and it’s a guarantee that you will come out with at least 5 outfits and a pair of shoes or a nice designer bag to go with your outfit depending on the sales that they have going on for that particular day or week/weekend.

If you think about it, they have some women who are shop-aholics that spend money on extravagant outfits that costs a lot of money that want to have a certain look that makes them feel fabulous and looking like a million bucks.

But did you know that you could get that same look for a low price than what you really pay for at the actual designer stores. All you have to do is bargain shop.

Ladies, there is nothing wrong with thrift shops because that is usually the place where the wealthy people donate their clothing when they’re not wearing those items anymore.

The thrift shops are usually called consignment shops, and if you plan on donating your outfits that you no longer need and you can make a little bit of cash donating your clothes to a shop like that and if you have plans on going to an event that requires you to look chic and casual and then you could always go shopping at a department store such as Marshall’s because they have all the latest dress and suit designs at a low price that you can’t beat at all!

But only a real true shopper knows all about all the places such as wholesale spots, thrift shops, and discount stores because believe it or not, you will definitely find what yo want and its usually items that no one else will find.

However, you basically have to be there when the department stores bring in a new shipment of items. Only a true diva knows the real deal when it comes to fashion and style and she knows her stuff whether it’s real or fake and really knows how to shop on a budget.

How do they do that? By shopping smart and knowing when and where to shop for a pair of boots or a coat. In a situation like this, they usually shop in the clearance section where a jacket might run you about $39.99 the lowest depending on the style of the jacket for the fraction of the cost of $79.99.

Now, $79.99 might be the regular price of the jacket marked down to that particular price of the jacket. You can’t beat that!

When shopping: Some women discriminate the clearance rack because they feel that if they shop clearance, they’ll be talked about. So not true. Please, the clearance section is the perfect section to hit hard when shopping on a budget. Ladies you need to really get on this fast, because the trick to being fabulous is to shop smart, work with what you already have and take care of your clothing, valuables, and luxuries because it will last you for years at a time especially if your clothes isn’t that cheap material and it will look as if you just bought it, and just be you with your looks and clothing and remember: if you think you’re hot, everyone else will think you’re hot and that’s the trick to looking and feeling fabulous.

Who ever said that there was a law that said that you have to have a Gucci bag? There is no law, Yes, it’s nice to have a Gucci bag but if you can’t afford it, then try to carry something else that goes with your outfit that is conservative, but nice. I **** to see a young girl who carries her items and personals in a plastic bag from the grocery store or supermarket because it looks tacky and uncool, but not only that, it ruins your outfit in the worse possible way.

However, every woman should have 2 great bags that they should carry on an everyday basis: a nice pocketbook/purse with a nice strap especially with a nice color.

Although, I prefer genuine leather because it usually lasts you for a long time and an overnight/weekender bag that can carry all of your things.

Remember: your bag doesn’t necessarily have to be Gucci or Fendi.

VIP: If It’s not the real thing, don’t try to bootleg it. But you can carry a Liz Claiborne, Diane Von Furstenburg and Nine West bags, etc. and you can get those hot designer bags from Marshall’s, T.J. MAX, The Gap, even Kohl’s, or any other fine retail store there is.

You ever walk down the street and you see someone walking next to you and their outfit is really nice and you say to yourself that I wish I had that outfit and you start to wonder how much that outfit costs and it might be very expensive.

Truth is: Go to the department store and you will see the same exact outfit if you’re lucky.

But now, the real question is, are you going to take care of those outfits when you finally do get that outfit that you so admired on that same person walking next to you.

When shopping for business attire: Did you know that you can purchase a beautiful suit at H&M and the most you would pay at that particular store is $60.00-$80.. tops! You’ll find slacks, nice tops, dresses, dress tops, skirts, Lingerie, etc.

I urge every woman to purchase clothes at H&M, it’s not expensive at all, and they have Cavalli there to, as Roberto Cavalli. Those outfits are so chic and they have clothing for men as well.

Remember: Only you can make your clothes look good because the clothes don’t make you.

Although, some people usually seek fashion advise on where to shop to look fabulous at a low price that they can afford. I personally love to shop at all of these department stores because I always seem to find something nice and affordable.

One day, I was at a Marshall’s in Brooklyn and couldn’t find what I was looking for at fist, until a pair of Banana Republic Strappy sandals were looking right at me and said take me home. It was amazing because those were actually the sandals I was looking for and seen them in a magazine.I paid for them at a price of $49.99 compared to the price of $115.00 However, I was really impressed of the sale and I felt that if I didn’t grab for them, at that moment then they wouldn’t be there when I came back to the store because Marshall’s is basically about what will you find today? The point is that if you see a hot particular item, you have to grab it fast before it’s gone and always remember: Fashion Rocks!

When it comes to Fashion and Style: Will you be smart about paying for designer labels or will you just let style just pass you by?

KIM

Susan Ashby asked:

The UKs second city has shopping opportunities rivalled only by the capital, London. In recent years Birmingham has completely re-invigorated its city centre shopping areas and boasts over 1000 shops all within 20 minutes of each other. If that doesn’t sound impressive to you please bear in mind that it includes a recently opened Selfridges that is the size of many DIY warehouse stores. The city has several main shopping centres or malls, retail and whole-sale markets, Victorian arcades as well as a wealth of street shopping. The three main shopping streets are New Street, which runs from the Council House to the Rotunda; the High Street which starts at the Rotunda and Corporation Street, which is off New Street. Major shops found on these streets include; Boots - High Street, Marks & Spencer - High Street, Waterstones - New Street and House of Fraser - Corporation Street. With a history as a draper store going back to 1851, The House of Fraser on Corporation Street is still known locally by its original name of Rackhams.

In terms of shopping in Birmingham the jewel in the crown has to be the new Bullring Shopping Centre. Once an area derided even by local residents the new Bullring, which opened in 2003, has been completely modernised into a glass enclosed shopping centre to rival any in the world. Here you can shop in over 140 stores, with all the fashion, jewellery, electrical and house-hold names imaginable represented, in this shopping centre that is big enough to accommodate 26 football pitches over its four floors. The two largest occupants are Selfridges and Dabenham’s whose stores spread over all four floors of the centre. Approaching the Bullring you can see the shape and size of Selfridges by its iconic 21st century design and construction. Finding the Bullring is easy, simply look for the Rotunda tower block on New Street and then the bronze bull statue that’s where it starts. The centre opens daily at 09:30 (09:00 on Saturdays) and closes at 20:00, except Sundays when it is open 11:00 to 17:00.

As the city has developed over the last ten years several other smaller shopping centres have opened around the city. The Mailbox was once the city’s mail sorting depot, on Royal Mail Street. Transformed and opened in 2000 it is now the home to a select 50 outlets of the very highest quality. It not only contains designer fashion shops but also; bars, restaurants, hotels and a complex of flats, or rather urban living. Names that you’ll find here include; Armani, Ralph Lauren and Harvey Nichols. The Mailbox is not on the main shopping routes in the city, to get to it walk along Navigation Street, which is to the east side of New Street railway station.

Two older shopping centres in Birmingham are the Pallasades and the Pavilions. The Pallasades was originally opened in the 1960s and was part of the New Street Railway Station re-development. As such for many people arriving at New Street station by train they have to pass through the Pallasades to get out on to New Street itself. The only large stores located here is a branch of Argos and the main Woolworths for the city. The Pavilions is on the High Street and has some forty stores in it. The two largest stores here are HMV and Virgin which dominate the entrance to this shopping centre. There are also entrances from the centre into Waterstones and Marks and Spencer’s, which join on to the centre. Other shopping centres include, Priory Square which is between the High Street and Corporation Street at Bull Street. This has many small and funky independent stores alongside a few market stalls selling mainly clothes. The only major retailer here is Argos. City Plaza is between the cathedral and Corporation Street. It has a few designer shops alongside several hair and beauty salons.

Birmingham has several Victorian and Edwardian arcades which are worth visiting if only to see the splendour with which they were built, never mind the shops inside them. The main one not to miss is Great Western Arcade. Built in 1876, its design was influenced by the Crystal Palace in the Great Exhibition of 1851. With 40 retail outlets the arcade is between Colmore Row and Temple Row. The south Eastern Arcade leads on to Martineau Place, which is a small, out-door area, in between Corporation Street and the High Street. Here there are entrances to the main Birmingham branches of W H Smiths, Boots and BHS as well as a selection of smaller shops.

Apart from Farmers’ Markets and the licensed street traders in the city centre, Birmingham has four markets. The Wholesale Market covers an area of 31 hectares and has over 200 trading units. The market mainly supplies local retailers with horticulture, fish, meat and poultry. Along with the redevelopment of the Bullring shopping centre, the Bullring markets were also re-developed; all of the Bullring markets are located around the shopping centre. The Indoor Market - has 140 stalls and whilst being famous for selling fish, you can buy just about anything here for the home or yourself. The Indoor market is open daily from 09:00 to 17:30 except Sundays. The Rag Market, as the name implies, comprises 350 stalls and a few shops selling all manner of materials and clothes making accessories. The Rag market is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays at the same times as the Open Market. Birmingham was first granted a market charter in 1166, since when the Open Market in the Bull Ring has been a permanent fixture. Like the nearby indoor market it sells a range of goods to meet everyone’s needs in its 130 stalls. The market works Tuesday to Saturday 09:00 to 17:00.

BEN

Vigceo asked:

Top 10 list on Shopping With and For a Purpose

Shopping for many is easy…they head-out to the store…try a few things out…and they either come home with something new or not. Bada-bing bada-boom! Done! For others is not that simple. Many shoppers take their time and look through every single item, try everything and anything, compare one store to the other, one price to the other, one quality to the other, etc… and they either come home (much later) with something or they don’t, but yet their minds are still at those stores shopping!

Which ever type of shopper you are, here is my TOP 10 list of shopping “with” and “for” a purpose:

This is the most important one: Leave the Husbands at home! J

List your items. Before heading out, make a detailed list of what you want/need. Make sure you go for specifics and not just general. For example, if you are looking for shoes…what type, brand, color, size, etc… This will make sure you are focused in what you want/need to get.

Online first. Take that list and go online to get some prices in the virtual world. Go to price comparison site such as shopzilla.com. Then, make a fictitious purchase to see if there rare hidden fees. To do so, add the article in your “shopping cart” and complete your purchase right up to giving your credit card information. This will allow you to see the full purchase price!

Sign-up. There are great shopping portals that as you become a free member and join their newsletter, your will receive weekly deals that are out of this world. Some weekly saving could reduce or give free shipping, promote percentages off (I have seen up to 70% off), give away bonus gifts, etc… And these rebates are only given for online shopping. You will not see these in the physical stores so join one today! Here is a great one: https://www.goodwillmall.com/membership.php

Shop with purpose. Of course we want the WIIFM (what’s in it for me) when shopping, but what if you could also give back as you shop! Many stores support causes which help the world. From the fight against cancer to the environment! So investigate the stores you shop at and find out what they support (if any)…this way you can feel good shopping knowing your money goes towards something other then yourself. Another way to shop with purpose is to look for an online mall that provides a chance to give back to charities as you purchase. There are a few good ones out there…so look for them! And some even provide loyalty points and other fun incentives! All benefit…it helps you the shopper and the world by giving! Check them out!

Set your budget. Many times we tend to go shopping without a budget in mind. Two things can happen with this…you under-spend (very rarely) or over-spend (most likely)! This can cause unnecessary stress in your life. So before heading out, make a budget on the amount that you can and are willing to spend. Stick to it and never go over no matter what. Even if the deal of a century is right in front of your eyes, stick to the budget, there is always a deal of a century around!

Choose your shopping partner wisely. Have you ever gone shopping with someone that keeps telling you “oh, that looks great, you should buy it!”, “wow look at that useless gadget, you should really have one of those”, “did you ever get me anything for my birthday?” yet never buy anything for them selves? These people are called “nit” (no intention to) shoppers. They have to intention shop, buy, or even pay a dime when to go out to the stores with you. They get their fix from YOU shopping and spending money. STAY AWAY from shopping with these people; you’ll come home with all kind of useless junk!

Gifts. If you are going to buy a gift for someone (spouse, child, friend, etc…), don’t go overboard with the price. Keep it under $30.00 (unless it’s a wedding anniversary or very special event). Try to organize “gift exchanges” when ever you can…or else it could add up. Try to give free gift such as YOUR TIME! And used items that are collectibles are always good…so visit those yard sales and flea markets, they offer a vast variety of treasures!

Overall cost and benefits. With the price of gas being so high, you need to start calculating the total cost of your shopping. Take a look at the distance you need to travel to get to the physical mall. What does that translate in gas cost to you? Add it to your bill. Then, what is your time worth? Calculate how much you make (income) an hour and multiply that 3 (very conservative) to get a true worth of your time. Now estimate the amount of time you will spend shopping (either online or physically), then multiply your “time” by the amount of time shopping. Add that to the bill. Will you need to eat out? Add that to the bill. Now take a look at your cost of shopping physically and the cost of shopping online. What are their respective cost and benefits? By comparing both, you will get a clear picture where your next shopping experience will occur. For me, it’s online all the way!

Your new bible. Now that you have my top 10 list on shopping with and for a purpose, please share it with others and make sure to follow it each time you go shopping, it will save you time and MONEY!

CARMELO
